Tough Mudder Terms and Conditions

Southmead Hospital Charity are pleased to offer charity places at a reduced registration fee and can only do so on the agreement that registrants commit to raising a minimum fundraising target, set out in the terms & conditions below.

By registering for one of our charity places in the Tough Mudder South West, you agree to comply with the following:   

1. Once you complete the initial registration, you must follow the email prompt to complete your registration with Run for Charity. Charity places could sell out any time, so you are encouraged to complete your registration as soon as possible.

2. By registering for a charity place, all funds raised must be for Southmead Hospital Charity. 

3. By signing up for a charity place you are committing to raise a minimum of £200 (excluding Gift Aid) by 16 September 2025.

4. If you do not raise the minimum fundraising target (including if you need to cancel your place for any reason), you may be required to pay the full cost of your charity place.

5. After registration, if you are unable take part in the event or think you might not hit the fundraising target, you must notify Southmead Hospital Charity as soon as possible.
